about the transaction

This store’s transactions are hosted by paypal, a global online safe transaction company. you can pay with credit or debit via this method. PayPal won´t send me any of your personal information other than that needed for the transaction (your name, email and mailing address). This means your data is 100% secure during and after checkout. All prices are marked in us dollars or converted to local currency according to paypal´s system.

I will not start working on your piece until the payment has cleared on the system. Sometimes PayPal may not clear the transaction immediately until all the data, amounts, etc are cleared for safety.

If you are buying inside the United States I will charge a 9.5% tax to any piece bought in the state of Washington.

If you need to cancel your order you have 1 business day to contact me and get your refund. If more than this time has passed you will only qualify for store credit.

refunds, exchanges and warranty 

Because all pieces are handmade, all sales are final. All the items are made with care and with high quality. However if you find that your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, I will gladly repair or exchange it for you. Please take a picture of the damaged item and contact me at hello@laobjeteria.com within 3 days of receiving of your order.

I will need details and images from the packaging and the state of its arrival in order to make an informed decision on who´s responsible for the situation. In case that the package was opened or damaged by the customs of your country or the local post it is impossible for us to take any responsibility. This warranty only covers damages and defects of fabrication and/or because of poor packaging. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization; at la .objeteria jewelry we reserve the right of authorize them. All pieces are meant to be loved and worn with care. If the size or length at the ordering time is wrong there is nothing we can´t do without an extra charge. Last but not least damages because of missuses or poor care taking of your piece are not la .objeteria jewelry´s responsibility. For more information on how to take care of your piece please read the “taking care of your jewelry” section.

After getting your authorization please follow these guidelines:

• Please pack your returns in the original packaging, with the receipt (printed emails are proof enough). 

• Return your order with an insured courier. La .objetería is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit to us. Buyer assumes responsibility for shipment costs for items returned.

• Once your repair is processed, the purchasing paypal account will be credited for the shipping amount only. 

• Only la .objeteria jewelry will be repaired.

• Personalized items and special orders can not be returned. 

• These guide lines are for your protection and our own so please read them carefully. Unfortunately we cannot help you if these guidelines are not followed.

It is also possible engraving or stamping inside of rings and bracelets as well as on the back of brooches, necklaces, pendants and earrings.

One of a kind, made to order and commission products may take longer. The delivery date will be made clear to you once all of the specifications have been confirmed on your order. For this type of work I will need 70% of the total in advance to start the project and the rest (plus shipping fees) at the moment of completion of your unique piece of art and before shipping.
